For participants outside of Germany, the conference fee can be paid at the beginning of the conference, but we still need your registration by the deadline please. All changes or cancelations must be requested in writing. No refund requests will be honored after October 24th 2010.

Child Care

Child care is provided for the duration of the conference for children age 0 – 10 years. Please leave a note on the registration form to inform us if child care is needed.

Translation

For those speakers who teach in German, English translation will be provided for the main sessions.

Lodging

A link for searching for a hotel room can be found HERE . This site was set up by the tourist office of Braunschweig; they have 3 suggested hotels for our group. (Click on the British flag, if the site appears in German.) Limited private accommodations are available for college students.

Should your budget require something a bit more economical, you may call our Braunschweig Tourist Information office (they speak English!), and Nina, on their staff, is more than happy to help out. Make sure to let them know if you have your own car, or will be using public transportation (bus & tram) to get to the church. Here is the information below:

Food
